Issue 110129 argues that the C++ interface of the new configmgr implementation
(configmgr/update.hxx) should be a UNO interface instead.

Added a few .xcs/.xcu files to the new autotest e_issues.bas. Extension stuff is
verified.

OF: I can't see a regression for migration to previous Office version.
