I tested only on win7, to reproduce it:
- open any odb file with report, open report for editing.
- Change something in report, for example change height of header.
- The change happens, but the report status not changes.
- Save button not activated (grayed out), I can not save changes.

It worked in earlier versions, regression.
Changed summary misspelling.

I tested more and find that you can save report first time with Save as...

It is not works when you open for edit any report, and tried to overwrite
original report with save as..., it asks for confirmation of overwriting, but
not save changes into the report.
