I insert to Writer document OLE of Draw document with size 3 Mb. 
Result file is 15Mb.
I look in odt (as zip) and find folder "ObjectReplacements" with file "Object 1"
with size 17 Mb!!! 

After deleting this file from odt file structure I have no errors on open it in
Writer. So may be unnecessary to write "ObjectReplacements" ?

Of course ObjectReplacements is needed. AFAIK it's a kind of Preview of the OLE
object in case the OLE service would not be present on the system the document
is opened.

It seems that this preview is in uncompressed format (same size found saving the
picture as bmp)

As I understand, in case when no Objectreplacement in file, Preview of the OLE
object produced again, and this is not very long process.
