A word document produced from Dell scanner as a .doc item displays correctly in
Word 2003 & Word 2007 however is incorrect in Writer.
I have the document to attach, however, can find no way of doing so.

MRU->OD: see lower on first page of attached doc in "Section7". It does not look
like an import error. The paragraph in the right column seems to have the same
"spacing above" like the first para in the left column - though it is stated
differently in the paragraph properties.
