When i open xlsx file with conditional formatting i note that affected cell look 
like only condition formatting style applied to it (insted of merging cell format 
witn conditional formating style - it expected and implemented in M$ Office and 
OO 3.1) - so i mark it P2 as regression bug

Confirmed using Excel 2010 and Calc Rev. 1518439 Win 7.
