Can reproduce it in OOo3.2.1 on WinXP and Ubuntu

How to reproduce it
1 Open a new Imress file
2 In LayoutsPreview, DOWN to apply the "Title Outline" layout
3 In Outline textbox, enter three paragraphs, and then let the cursor
  stay the end of the third paragraph, CTRL+A, Insert - Expand Slide.

Pls pay attention in the third step, no need click on slide etc.

Result
Expand slide didn't work.

Expectation
Expand Slide is active.

Reproducible. Deselecting and selecting again the outline object makes expand
slide active (Workaround). 
Reassigned.

Reset assigne to the default "issues@openoffice.apache.org".
