Using Writer, draw a large rectangle; >10cm x 10cm
Select rectangle, mouse-click to bring up menu, select Position & Size.
Size boxes show correct dimensions of the rectangle.
Select Cancel.
Tools -> Options -> OpenOffice.org Writer -> General
Change Measurement Unit to Millimeter, select OK.
Select rectangle, mouse-click to bring up menu, select Position & Size.
Size boxes show incorrect dimensions.

A rectangle of size 250mm x 250mm is reported as 99.99mm x 99.99mm

This defect also exists in 3.2.1 rc1.

@OS: when default measurement unit is set to millimeter, the position an size
dialog of a Draw object will always show values of max 99,99mm.
Changing the size to 105x105 will take effect when closing the dialog but when
re-opening, the value is reset to 99,99mm.

Notes:
- reproducible also in 2.4.2
- only for Draw object (not for frames)
- in Writer only (not in Draw or Draw objects in Calc)
