Improve Traditional/Simplified Chinese Converter by using open-phrase and mediawiki-zhconverter

Both open-phrase and mediawiki-zhconverter are released in GPL. The open-phrase project is in http://code.google.com/p/open-phrase/ This project provide Chinese phrase for IBus and SCIM-Python projects. Traditional/Simplified contrast data is include in r1320 and r1321: http://code.google.com/p/open-phrase/source/detail?r=1320 http://code.google.com/p/open-phrase/source/detail?r=1321 The mediawiki-zhconverter is in http://code.google.com/p/mediawiki-zhconverter/ This project provide Traditional/Simplified Chinese converting for Wikipedia .
