ل and ﻷ should type للأ but it does لﻷ
ﻷ is considered as one character in OOo but not in Microsoft Office....

So, the problem is with the display of the ligature or with cursor traveling etc.?

U+FEF7 as the codepoint for this ligature (in the unicode Arabic Presentation Form of U+0644 U+0623) 
can result in WriterEngine/EditEngine having problems because they use the raw UTF-16 stream instead 
of the NFD stream.

If it is a display problem the font on Linux maybe does not properly support the U+0644 U+0623 
ligature. Which font is used on Windows, which is font used on Linux? Do other fonts work better?
