If I use the cross-references in enumerated list and then change the structure
of list, so the links of cross-references have been changed, but it`s name have
been stay permanent until I press the F9 button.
It not depends on the Writer settings for automatically refresh of fields and
diagrams.
I have test it on OO 3.2.1 Community Build.

Ah, I see. Problem is more general, references are not updated on the fly when
new items are inserted. Same root cause as issue 83746.
