Unable to submit new extension to http://extensions.services.openoffice.org/ .
How to reproduce:
Enter all required information about the extension in the fields marked with
orange stars. Click Send or Preview. You are redirected back to submitting the
same information and all the fields are empty.

The site is curently in a 'strange' state, support ticket opened:

The site behavior is fixed (?).

indeed works now again: the php version was updated, but some problems came up
causing the flaky website.
