The server providing statistics is not responding (connection timed out).

Please try again.  We were experiencing some network maintenance just
recently that should be cleared up now.

server is up, but now time still ends with 1/19:
go to stats collab.ne and you'll see what is meant.

There is an internal issue already filed against this (PCN 14507). 
The process ran prematurely in the statistical generation and now new 
stats are not being generated. Ops is looking in to this. There is no 
data loss as the logs are still available.
AP:
1) file internal issue to track and resolve this issue
2) update this IZ when the internal issue has been updated or 
resolved.
PCN 14507 filed, step 1 complete
timeframe: I will update this issue by 2/11

ops has isolated the cause of the problem and have begun regenerating
the stats from the logs. this will take some time, and I will update
this issue tomorrow, 2/11/03
