To exclude the strings of the migrationanalysis please check in a marker file in
the root of the directory e.g.

echo "Touch me to prevent that the localisation process extracts strings here" >
ooo/migrationanalysis/no_localization

registered for dummy CWS dev300m84masterfix:
no_localization	revision: 6d7b84488dbb

the strings are excluded from the current build -> verified
