Touchscreens become more mainstream which opens an opportunity to make some interactions available 
through this means directly instead of relying e.g. the touchscreen events being handled as emulated 
mouse actions.

Touch events could make make some actions more intuitive: selecting, resizing, zooming, dragging, 
scrolling, slide sorting, gestures, animation paths, animation timing, etc.

These additional user interactions have to be defined to be intuitive, consistent across platforms and not 
being in contradiction to the platform conventions or to related apps. Maybe also the user interface has to 
be adjusted to more touch-friendly, e.g. by increasing the hit area.
