In the new assign dialogs there is a location field specifing user/ share/
document. It looks like an omission that a user cannot deploy into a share area
as well as the user installation.

For now we could offer a sub menu to allow the user or share area to be specified.

Deploy To     ---> [SO Installation]
                                       --> User
                                       --> Share
                      ---> Office Document...

Add submenus for Office Installation entries in DeployParcelAction

Changed DeployParcelAction to build the menu itself as the
Actions.SubMenu class from NetBeans was not allowing us to add
a submenu. A submenu with user and share now appears for each
Office Installation listed in the Deploy To menu.

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved
<wontfix/duplicate/worksforme/invalid> issues. Please see this posting for details.
