Openoffice converts text between simplified Chinese and traditional Chinese
rather badly. I suggest Openoffice using OpenCC for conversion. OpenCC is named
as "Open Chinese Convert (開放中文轉換)", whose lisence is Apache. It is now
used by ibus-pinyin (A popular input method for Chinese) and packaged in Debian
and Ubuntu.
