- open a new text doc
- insert an image control from the "More Form Controls" toolbar
- switch off the design mode
- double-click the image control
=> A "Open File" dialog opens
- select an arbitrary image file, uncheck the "Link" checkbox, and close
  the dialog with OK
=> the image is displayed in the control
- save the document
- reload the document
=> the image is gone
