Even if teh user says it's ok to run scripts in this doc, get reprompted each time.

Issue is to do with creating storage each time script is invoked. Storage
Manager needs to check if storage already exists for doc and hand this back when
the XFunctionProvider is being created.

Will not be an issue once XFunctionProvider is created on document creation,
instead of during each Dispatch call, as is now the case.

Storage now looks to see if storage already allocated to document.

verified on solaris SFrameworkInstall.jar.24.02.2003, marking issue as
verified.

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved
<wontfix/duplicate/worksforme/invalid> issues. Please see this posting for details.
