This problem is as well in Russian Impress 3.2.1

It's a L10n problem.

"Title1" and "Heading1" were translated equally as "Заголовок 1".

This is not L10n problem. The bug is somewhere in the code of OOo. The
duplicates of the names of styles can't be accessed in the window of styles.
Users can't choose them neither with mouse nor with keyboard.

This bug is detected not only in Windows XP but in Windows Vista, Ubuntu and
Debian. The affected OOo versions are 3.2.0 and 3.2.1.

There is unsupported information of some losses of properties in added styles.

Просто стиль Title и стиль Heading переведены одним словом - Заголовок. Это
только проблема русской сборки - во французской и английйской всё в порядке.

This bug with duplication of names of different styles in Draw and Impress for
Russian language it is a L10n problem and it will be soon corrected.

The problem described here, is caused by incorrect translate. Here there is no
speech about absence of access to styles in the window of styles.

If user can not choose any style in the window of styles, please create a new bug.
