Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 114330
table of contents does not regard conditional style
Last modified: 2017-05-20 11:20:10 UTC
Goal: Create a long outline and automatically produce a (condensed) table of contents from the top two levels of the outline. Approach: Use conditional paragraph styles for the outline items and configure the table of contents (ToC) to pick up the styles applied at the top two levels of the outline list. That should allow the ToC to pick up the desired items from the outline. Problem: The ToC does not pick up the conditional styles; none of the items appear in the ToC. If the conditional style is applied manually to an outline item, then it is picked up by the ToC.

I can confirm the described error. I use DEV300m86 on WinXP.
MRU->OS: see attached document. The conditional style of the list paragraphs refer to a style which is part of the "Additional styles" in the TOC. Unfortunately these are not regarded when Writer generates the TOC.
Reset assigne to the default "issues@openoffice.apache.org".
