Most OOo apps still prefer a 10% zoom granularity. With finer zoom controls and systems handling 
repaints being more than fast enough for quick repaints replacing this coarse granularity with smoother 
zoom steps is desirable. Problems such as those mentioned in issue 114860 still block this though.
