Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 115482
Add Lojban to language list
Last modified: 2017-05-20 10:30:52 UTC
I would like to have the constructed language Lojban (jbo) added to OOo.
See also http://sil.org/iso639-3/documentation.asp?id=jbo Note to myself: as a constructed language this 'jbo' should be treated similar to Esperanto 'eo', i.e. not a real locale and no default country assigned. Reassigning to spare time account.
Assigned MS-LangID LANGUAGE_USER_LOJBAN 0x0658 mapping to 'jbo' and added "Lojban" to language list. Adding a language to the language list box makes it available for character attribution and spell-checking. Availability of spell checker, hyphenation and thesaurus of course depends on the installed dictionaries. To be able to fully support it as a locale, including number formats and calendar data, and having it selectable as default document language we would need a locale data file.
