I found differences time stamp between top page and activity page of each bug.
So, I try to report with this Bugzilla system.

these are different, and should be the same.

This looks like a Timezone issue.  You can set your own timezone preferences for BZ under the Preferences menu.

Beyond that we don't have control if there is an issue in BZ code.
