I have got a page numbering error! When I have a page break (Insert->Manual
break) with a new numbering order I have a page skiped! For example, my document
don't have the page 4 (not a numbered one)! It goes from page 3 directly to page
5. Exactly where the new ordering comes.

This issue is even more visible when I print the document to a Postscript file,
when I got a blank page in place the missed 4th page! And when I convert the
Postscript file to a PDF file I got some errors at Acrobat Reader...
