Hi villeroy, thanks for your contribution.

If the root cause is really group objects as Omar suggest in the discussion
thread then this issue is a duplicate to issue 115898 which should be available
in the next rc

I see the same now with PowerPoint 2003 (11.8324.8329) SP3 and one test page I
tested loads when I ungroup all graphics on it.

Issue 115898 says "while it exports fine with OO 3.2.1", while this definitely
happens with 3.2.1. So this issue is a similar one - and depending on the fix it
might fix both issues, but it is not a duplicate.

Platform: Windows 8 64 bit
Microsoft Windows [Version 6.2.9200]

Test version:
Apache OpenOffice 4.0.1
AOO401m5(Build:9714) - Rev. 1524958
2013-09-20 11:40:29 (Fr, 20 Sep 2013)

Powerpoint 2010
Version 14.0.7106.5003 (64-bit)

I was not able to reproduce this issue with PowerPoint 2010 through the sample file provided by user ceoparadigm in the thread referenced in the opening comment:

Both OO 4.0.1 and PP 2010 show the presentation in a very similar fashion, including animations and sounds.

I was also not able to replicate the problem with a freshly made PPT, but I will try with another version of PowerPoint.
