clicking on the menus or attempting to access them through shortcut keys results
causes the label to flicker, but the menu does not appear. So the program is
rendered useless. Other controls, such as pull down boxes are flakey and do not
appear correctly the first time they are clicked, but repeated clicking
eventually causes them to appear.

this has been reported by more than one person using a tablet pc

I have verified this for both oo 1.0.1 and 1.0.2

This is not a bug - it is limited to the compaq tc1000 and it is a
driver problem. Install the latest button driver from compaq.See

This task is fixed or worked in OOo 1.1 beta2.
