I am use russian language in open office (OS Windows XP Russian). In all
versions of OpenOffice that I download (2.0 - > 3.2) I can't use dot as
delimiter in numeric values. Independent from check 'use delimiter from OS' Calc
always use comma as delimiter in numeric values. But in OS dot is set as
delimiter and in Excel I have no problem with this. Sorry for my English :(
