I created a spreadsheet from a CSV file and saved it in ODS format. The sheet
contains a date cell (as well as other data!).

When I make a change to the sheet, save it and later on reopen it, the value in
the date cell has been decremented by 1462 (just over 4 years). If I make
another change to the sheet, save it and reopen it, again the value in the date
cell is decremented by 1462. I started with a date cell having a year value of
2010 and after a number of edit save-open-cycles I now have a date cell with a
year value of 1982.

At no time do I make a direct edit of the date cell.

I notice that someone else reported a vaguely similar issue no.106789 sometime ago.

This problem seems different in that the date cell is affected when the sheet is
change, saved and reopened.

Sounds pretty much like issue 115028.

@steve73: Can you please check if the date isn't changing anymore if the date
basis is set to 1899-12-30 before loading the document, as lined out in that issue?

Column C dates are unaffected by a change, save and reopen.
