In order to have scalability for generated Draw/Impress documents, zooming
should be possible. This is not the case.

There should be a ViewSettings service accessible from a Draw or Impress
document, as there is for Text and SpreadSheet documents.

This is already possible through the view properties ZoomType,
ZoomValue and ViewOffset as documented in
com.sun.star.drawing.DrawingDocumentDrawView

This feauture is available starting with OpenOffice 1.1Beta
