Page Headers Crawl on Word Perfect 8 conversion; header formatting lost

Connects to but is not the same as Bug 117112. When importing a document from Word Perfect Version 8, the headers "crawl" and some terminate early, marking a particular page with a header that belongs to a different page which might normally be later in the document. Also the format of the headers is lost. In a previous version I tried loading my document which was a Word Perfect 8 document. As it turned out, your program was basically "bug compatible" with Microsoft Word 97; you both misformatted it the same way, you inserted a line into the header below the text which wasn't originally there. What would otherwise have been a serious bug turned out to be an improvement; I liked it better the way you "mangled" it so I inserted a horizontal line into the header in Word Perfect. Importing the Word Perfect document back into OOO loses the horizontal line which is now there! It will take me a bit to create a sample as my document is some 750 pages and I don't particularly want to upload all of it. I figured out how to cut down the original and show it. A 53-page cut down is attached (if I can figure out how) which is just for example purposes; losing all the cross-references causes Wp8 to crash if I try to rebuild it. It's the TOC and frontispieces, i through xlii roughly, plus the first two chapters which are pages 1 through 6, then footnotes 1 and 2. A PDF showing how it's supposed to look will next be attached.

Created attachment 75941 [details] PDFCreator print of OOO's conversion; only 10 pages This PDF shows perfectly what is wrong when OOO tries generating the headers. I used PDFCreator rather than OOO's own PDF generator because I could tell OOO to just print the first 10 pages and it looks more-or-less exactly as I see it in OOO, so I don't have to overload you with hundreds of pages. The problem starts on page.. well, actually it starts on the second page of the document by losing the page number, but the key to the errors is page 8. This has the text "this book is dedicated to" and the header should read "Dedications" but continues "Persons Having Significant Parts or Speaking Roles" from the previous pages. Page 9, which is the first page of the TOC, is headed "Dedications" and should read "Table Of Contents" which delays until page 10, the second page of the TOC. Also the header bottom line, which is visible in the PDF from Word Perfect, gets lost. You can see it in the WP PDF but not from OOO even though both were generated by the same external PDF writer.

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity". For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.
