Under new platform I created new saved searches.

I created with option under "Bug changes" "Only bugs changed between" 1 and Now, to search last day created/changed bugs, other options not set any value within this frame.

If I save it I could run it, but it keeps searching same content in each searches, if I run later in next day the listed issues same as in first search.

If I open this saved search for edit, and run it, the listed issues shows all bugs created/changed last day.

Typo? For the last day it should be
 1d and Now

I have no problem with such query. Each call gets the actual list.

Yes, it was a typo.
If I use 1d, works correctly.

It not works, I tried to reopen it.

Today (1st of March) query result lists 27th of February bug.

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.
