Would be great to have a a tool in OOo's build env / SDK, that lists all unpublished UNO types used by an extension.

This tool could be used to help to ensure that extensions are "clean" wrt. API upward compatibility.

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.
