not sure if you can help me, I am trying to install openoffice software on my laptop(it was working before and then it gave me a conflict as I had problems with my time and date which is now sorted) I've uninstall the program as usual and then shut down reboot and then re install it but now it says you already have the latest version in and won't install anything on my computer.  I don't have the openoffice software anywhere on my computer and it won't install it.  Can you send me a patch please.  Or tell me where I could go into and fix it. Maybe MSI or msconfig or something.  Don't know how to sort the problem. Thanks for your help.

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.
