1. open database biblio
2. open a new report design
3. insert any shape/drawing
4. move the shape 
==>> crash at least under linux. Under Windows there is no crash.

fixed in CWS fs34b. Bug came in with CWS dba34c, where some code was added which unveiled a bug in the css.beans.XIntrospection* implementation in module stoc.

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.
