This assertion does not point to an error, it's only a hint to the implementor that a printer was created. Usually this may be a time consuming step when remote network printers are used and so it should be done only when necessary. Nevertheless, this should be a TRACE message, not an ASSERT.

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.
