This was discussed in the OOo forum and confiremd as a bug. Here it goes.

I got Endnotes that need to appear at the end of the text in a chapter for the book I am doing. Now I know you use sections to achieve this. I have done so but My header on the endnote page fetches the chapter heading from the previous section.

Since no one probably believe this I have uploaded the document here

Look at the last section of endnotes. The header comes from the Preface section.
If I check what page layout is used for the endnotes it is the correct one 06Chap1pp as I named it. but it uses the Chapter info from the previous chapter.

What is wrong here? 

I use Libreoffice 3.3.1 on Win XP
But the same ocurs on OOo 3.2 on XP
Or LibreOffice 3.3.1 on Ubuntu 11.4

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.
