seems the pootle server has crashed for several weeks. ivo mentioned the someone would need to physically reboot the box. 
he didn't mentioned where is these box located.
clayton suggested to raise an issue to infrastructure.

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.
