I get this error message when I try to check updates for open office:

The host name update36.services.openoffice.org could not be resolved.

I am running Open Office 3.3.0 OOo330m20 (Build:9567). OS is Windows Vista Home Edition. This bug has been occurring for several weeks, most recently today 28 November 2011.

Update does not connect when trying to update OpenOffice.  Is there a fix?

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.

In the meantime there is the new release Apache OpenOffice 4.0.
