I can't download the current version of the Open Office Suite.  Trying to do this from your website has resulted in a "time out error" for the past 3 days.  Is there another route to the download files? Thank you.

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.
