Clicking on the Register link on the Quality Assurance - Report Bugs page generates a 404 error message and the following text is displayed in the main frame:
Not Found
The page you were looking for doesn't exist.
You may have mistyped the address or the page may have moved.

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.
