with frame to align

In alignFram.odt, the frame is not aligned correctly. So, click it, and Format it.
Type/Position is Center. To adjust it, change 'Center' to 'From bottom'; 'by' is 0.00, but that's not the current value. (If you click OK, the frame will go way down!)
The offset value ('by') should be initialized to the current value, from which the user can do a fine adjustment.

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.
