There is inconsistent behavior while insert object into an invisible layer
Steps:
1. Turn layer to invisible mode
2. Observe drawing toolbar:
   Basic shape are disabled but customer shape are enabled which may let user think they can be inserted at this time.
   Fontwork,user can use "Fontwork Gallery" to insert fontwork, but cannot insert pictures from "Gallery"
   Also user can insert a hyperlink through menu "Insert->Hyperlink"

So the problem is: in this invisible mode, all object should not be inserted. Pls disable "Customer Shape/Fontwork/Hyperlink"
