After insertion of manual page break, with different style for next page and
with change page numbers option turned on, i get one extra blank page.

Both first page style Test1 and second page style Test2 were defined as "left
and right page" styles. Page style Test1 had no footer, and page style Test2 had
footer set to page number value. Page number is displayed corretly, but first
page is marked as "Page 1/3" (in status bar), and second page iz marked as "Page
1 3/3". This is not a problem as is, but if you try to print out document, you
get one extra blank page.

I tried all combinations with page styles, but always after changing page number
for second page to 1, I get this extra page.
