Description William L Parker 2012-08-08 18:53:20 UTC
OpenOffice.org crashes when attempting to print a single address on plain paper using, Style: Default, Font: Arial Black, Size: 22, Formating: Bold. After the crash OpenOffice.org goes through the three step process of recovering the file without incedent, but still crashes on subsequent attempts. Step three of the recovery process indicates an Error Report of the crash was created, and to press 'Next' to get the 'Error Report Tool'. After pressing 'Next' the original document is displayed and nothing more about the 'Error Report Tool'.

FYI normal sized text files print OK. I think the font or font size may have somthing to due with the problem.

I will attach the file in question.

I was unable to replicate the bug using the sample document and a self made document. I followed the same premise in making my own but when I printed it went through. Also when i printed to XPS it worked. I use both 3.4.1 and 3.4.0 to test this on a Windows 7 machine.
Steps:
1) Opened Word document.
2) Set font to Arial Black, size 22, and bold. Typed in other bold information and tried to print.
3) Also tried this with other fonts and larger sizes. All worked fine.

Hello,
Tested with AOO 3.4.1
I was checking your problem, unfortunately I didn't found nothing.

You can check it with the new version of AOO.

Regards.
