sample file can repro this bug

Build info:
Aoo 3.4.1 _ r1369843

Steps:
1.Open the attached ods file in AOO. (in row 1, there is merged cells and only one filter)
2.Save it as xls type and open it in MS office 2003.
3.Check the contents, especially the first row.

Defects:
There are two data filters in row 1,and the original merged cell split into two cell: A1 and B1.
