Build:
AOO350m1(Build:9610)
Steps:
1.Open the attached sample file in Symphony
2.Do some modifcation and save
3.Close and reopen the saved file in Symphony

Defect:
TOC item can't disaply

The described defect is not reproducible in current trunk version (I checked it in revision 1407421).

Verified on Aoo_Trunk_20121203.1303 Rev.1413470, follow the steps of this bug, works fine.
