build info:AOO3.5_r1384809

steps:
1.launch OO and new a spreadsheet
2.select a cell and input some wrong word to create a comment for the cell
3.select the text in comment,and press "F7" to enable spell check dialog

defect:
the spell check dialog not pop up.
