Please read issue 12043 for background.
Feedback from OO was as follows:  "PPT xp have the path effect 
which is similar to the 'move along curve' effect. Please write a feature 
request about the import/export of this effect."  Note that my OS is ME and 
not XP.

I have requested a priority of P1 since this feature is critical to the 
educational work my org is involved in.

Hello Christian, can you estimate, until when we will consider the new
PowerPoint XP effects for our import/export? Please give a status,
thank you. I changed the prio according the priorization rules (prio 1
is to set in case e.g. of crashes, freezes, data loss).

Bettina, enhancing the presentation engine and extend microsoft
interoperability on that sector is currently in design phase for next
milestone.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
