How if AOO has options to change both Ribbon interface or old interface? 

And AOO has theming feature like in Firefox, GNOME, KDE, and another apps?

So user can download new UI theme for AOO and developer can make new UI themes...

I think it is so beautiful for increasing users in AOO :)
