Overview: Unable to change font color of text in spreadsheet cell

Steps of re-produce: 1. Create a new OpenOffice spreadsheet
2. Input some texts into one cell, then select some of them.
3. Change Font Color using Sidebar 

Actual Results: Unable to change font color of text.Showing font color icon,but drop down of font color is not working.

Expected Results: Should be able to change Font Color using Side bar
